Obama Waffles: racial stereotypes

Isn’t it sad when you think you take 1 step forward but you then take 2 steps back.  It is obvious that some people are racist and others pretend not to be.  We know every person attending the meeting isn’t racist but why would you participate in something where the caricature of Barack Obama is sold and prominently displayed with racial stereotypes center stage.

Forum sells ‘Obama Waffles’ with racial stereotype…

This was a republican sponsored event.  Now the republicans would be righteously indignant if they were accused of racism.  But yet they respond with surprise when held accountable for their oversight or lack thereof when an obvious racial statement is made towards Barack Obama.  Are the republicans racist?

  1. I;d put it like this, most republicans are not racist; but most racists are republicans.

I can’t believe the MSM has not exploded this story to headlines yet.

  2. I would agree if I didn’t remember the history of the Democratic Party. The republicans don’t have a monopoly on racism. But however it is stupid and suggest a certain mindset to display such things
