OJ is going to jail folks

Not that the jury is partial or biased.  But OJ’s jury is an all-white panel.  Do you think they will judge fairly?  I am not saying that are prejudiced or racist, but if the shoe were on the other foot and a white man had allegedly killed 2 black people and you felt in your heart he was guilty, what would you do if given the opportunity to put him in jail?

Article:OJ and the all-white jury

Most black and white people believe OJ was guilty of murder and got off simply because of reasonable doubt.

To add insult to injury he then pens a book with a title “If I did it”.  Folks my question is would an all-black jury convict OJ this time?

Judge Tells Woman no more children

Article: Judge tells woman to stop having kids.

Aren’t we in America?  Have we bestowed this amount of power in judges that they can tell a woman not to have kids and if she does that there be legal consequences.  The woman is guilty of not protecting her kids from her boyfriend and then not providing medical care.   Is the judge right?

Barack the speechmaker rumbled

Article:  Barack Rumbled

Many pundits are analyzing the nuances of the Presidential race trying to predict the winner, trying to understand why Barack Obama is losing.  Their struggle is profound because this was unthinkable less than 3 weeks ago.  It is not inevitable that McCain will win but it looks more probable now than before.  You can study this religiously but there is a simple explanation.  McCain by choosing Palin gave people who were apathetic towards him a reason to vote for him.  He created the counter-balance to Barack that tilt the scale in his favor.

Democrats getting worried.

Since McCain has jumped in the polls some Democrats in DC are starting to get worried.  There are many ups and downs in campaigns so why are they ready to jump ship already?  Their lack of confidence in Barack is apparent.

Article: Dems confidence in Barack waning

This may be temporary but Barackneeds to shore up his support within the ranks and then go get the independents in order to win.  People are very fickle and flaky. This highlights a larger problem for Barack.  Control of the Democratic Party hangs in the balance.  Barack needs the DNC party for advertisement purposes and to disseminate his message throughout the rank and file to galvanize the foot soldiers for maximum effect.  He took control from the Clintons unceremoniously and prematurely in some folks mine.  Don’t forget that he has been a major operative within the ranks for a long time and he hasn’t built up the associations nd connections necessary to weather the storm.  If he is still down in the middle of October look for max exodus from within his ranks so that the Democrats minimize their loses.  How can the Democrats be in this position with all of the pointers expecting them to have sweeping victories.
